Dositech was founded to bring world-class dosing and dispensing solutions to U.S. and Canadian manufacturers. Backed by the engineering heritage of Italy’s Color Service—a global pioneer in automated powder dosing since 1987—we combine proven technology with responsive, North America-based support.
Our story began with a simple mission: help manufacturers automate the most critical and error-prone part of their process—ingredient weighing and batching. From early-stage R&D labs to full-scale production lines, Dositech systems ensure the highest standards of accuracy, repeatability, and compliance.
Today, we are the North American extension of Color Service, with a deep commitment to local service, technical support, and market-specific customization.
We design dosing systems capable of sub-gram tolerances, ensuring flawless batch consistency and formulation control.
Our modular designs adapt to diverse industries and production volumes—from pilot batches to industrial-scale runs.
We provide seamless connectivity to ERP, MES, and factory automation platforms for real-time oversight and traceability.
With experience spanning over 20,000 ingredients, we understand the science behind complex formulations across sectors.
We help manufacturers increase efficiency, reduce labor dependency, and improve product quality through smart, customizable automation.
Every gram matters. We engineer for precision.
Built for uptime, batch after batch.
Our dosing and dispensing systems are engineered to meet strict U.S. and global regulatory standards, giving manufacturers confidence in every batch and audit-readiness from day one.
From food and specialty chemicals to battery and rubber manufacturing, our systems are engineered to meet the world’s most stringent standards:

“Innovate to always be one step ahead.”
That philosophy guides Antonello Turle, who stepped into the role of CEO on August 1, 2025, following the acquisition of Color Service by Graco Inc. With a passion for engineering excellence and customer-centric innovation, Antonello now leads the company’s strategic direction—overseeing technical and commercial teams to keep ColorService and Dositech at the forefront of automated dosing solutions.
Antonello’s journey began shortly after completing his education in electronics. He joined Color Service as a PLC programmer, working closely with founder Fabrizio Toschi. Over the years, he supported mechanical engineering and R&D initiatives, contributing to several dosing innovations that now serve industries like rubber and plastics. Since 2010, he has also collaborated with the Sales Departments to translate technical capabilities into real-world customer value.
Outside the office, Antonello enjoys gardening and photography trips. He has recently developed a passion for Koi carp, having created a dedicated pond at both his home and at ColorService headquarters—bringing balance and creativity to his work and personal life alike.

Stefano has spent over 23 years with Color Service, starting as a worldwide field engineer commissioning production and laboratory systems in the textile industry. His expertise grew through technical sales and managing key accounts in the tire market. In 2018, he was promoted to Area Manager for non-textile industries, and as of July 2024, he will take on his new role as Sales Director, overseeing all sales and marketing across textiles, rubber, plastics, cosmetics, and food divisions.

Murray leads Dositech’s expansion in the U.S. and Canadian markets, backed by over 35 years of experience in manufacturing technology. His career includes expertise in dosing, dispensing, mixing, dissolving, milling, and quality control methods including color measurement. He studied commerce at Dalhousie University and is a strong advocate for “absolute manufacturing,” emphasizing traceability starting from raw materials. Fun fact: The average height in his four-member family is over 6’4” and most played college basketball.
