After completing her high school education with a specialization in languages and studying architecture at university, Stefania joined Color Service. She spent 25 years leading the purchasing department before assuming the presidency in a generational transition. Her leadership philosophy, “Live and let live,” fosters a culture of respect, innovation, and steady progress. In her spare time, she’s a dedicated nature photographer with an eye for detail that mirrors her professional rigor.
Stefano has spent over 23 years with Color Service, starting as a worldwide field engineer commissioning production and laboratory systems in the textile industry. His expertise grew through technical sales and managing key accounts in the tire market. In 2018, he was promoted to Area Manager for non-textile industries, and as of July 2024, he will take on his new role as Sales Director, overseeing all sales and marketing across textiles, rubber, plastics, cosmetics, and food divisions.
Murray leads Dositech’s expansion in the U.S. and Canadian markets, backed by over 35 years of experience in manufacturing technology. His career includes expertise in dosing, dispensing, mixing, dissolving, milling, and quality control methods including color measurement. He studied commerce at Dalhousie University and is a strong advocate for “absolute manufacturing,” emphasizing traceability starting from raw materials. Fun fact: The average height in his four-member family is over 6’4” and most played college basketball.
